Your New Favorite Podcast, What The Flex? Has Just Launched

Posted by Ryderwear HQ on

You asked for it. You got it! You guys wanted to know more about our athletes and we listened.

Our latest project, What The Flex? is a video podcast available on YouTube (and soon to be available as audio on all your favourite streaming services), where we sit down and chat with a range of athletes about their lives, careers, Instagram, their highs and lows, and of course — the gym and fitness.

Here we are giving you the opportunity to get to know the faces of both PUSHH and Ryderwear, and find out how they have gotten to where they are now. Whether you want to learn the tricks of the trade in how they grew their Instagram accounts, or maybe you have a favorite Ryderwear or PUSHH athlete that you just want to get to know better, or perhaps you just want to pick up some fitness and workout advice to take you to the next level at the gym — What The Flex? has it all!

Our first episode features the one and only, Natalie Eva Marie — former WWE superstar and current fitness guru, fashion designer, and entrepreneur. NEM gets candid about her rise to fame, and how an ankle injury and coloring her hair bright red, changed both her life and career for the better.

In this episode, we chat about Natalie’s journey in acting and wrestling, talking about her rise to fame on the hit reality TV show Total Divas, as well as being the new kid on the WWE block, and scoring the gig with zero wrestling experience. She also teases a potential return to wrestling, so if you enjoyed Eva Marie on your screen watching WWE, you never know what direction she will take next.

We have parts two and three on the way soon. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for more NEM.

Make What The Flex? part of your weekly routine — subscribe to our YouTube channel, give it a thumbs up, and comment your thoughts to let us know who you want to see next.

Audio based podcast is on its way soon — stayed tuned for that.
